Tom has provided his PowerPoint presentation, which contains no less than 28 links to resources which will help Parishes and people navigate their way through testing terrain!

Meet the Bishop

Rt Revd Roger Morris

Bishop Roger's interview & Q&A session ranged over many topics, and he gave us just one book recommendation: 'Don't Forget We're Here Forever' by Lamorna Ash, described as 'A Pilgrim's Progress for our time - a captivating narrative of discovery (Telegraph).

Keynote Speaker

Patrick Regan OBE

Patrick's talks at the Day were highly acclaimed, including material from his latest book, 'Brighter Days', a goldmine of guidance on matters of wellbeing an authentic and honest personal account by this open and vulnerable master of the art of encouragement. Order it from the Brighter Days website, where there are more resources and information about Patrick's ministry.

What we get up to in School

Sam Fowler

Sam is Director of CYO, Christian Youth Outreach, who minister in many of our Primary and Secondary Schools, place Chaplains in schools and train us for chaplaincy and our ongoing work with young people. He has sent us his PowerPoiont presentation from Deanery Day - click it to get it, and feel free to visit CYO's website.

Building up the Buildings

Nathan Medhurst

Nathan's PowerPoint presentation is attached (as a .pdf). If you heard his talk, this will remind you of several things you can do to keep your Church in tip-top condition - and if you were in another seminar or not a the Day, you're sure to find this attachment helpful.

Help! We have young people in Church

Matt Williamson

Matt's talk, and this presentation, was packed with helpful statistics that will amaze you and sage advice which will empower you as you seek to encourage young people in the Church. Also, surf regularly to the Diocese's Mustard Seed Team of Advisers - they're a mine of information and advice.
